QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Excel, MS Office Suite, problem-solving, analytical skills Job Summary The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to both accounts payable and receivable. This includes processing invoices, applying payments, reconciling credit card transactions, and maintaining detailed records for vendor and customer accounts.

Skill Requirements Must-Have Requirements :

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for AP/AR operations Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel , including data analysis Proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Requirements :

Experience with payroll processes Bilingual in English and Spanish Associate's degree or higher in accounting or related field

Pay Details:
