Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in various financial areas including corporate accounting and governmental accounting. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage financial reporting, compliance, and provide strategic insights to enhance our financial operations. Duties Prepare and analyze financial statements. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Perform balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting. Oversee tax preparation and filing, providing tax-related advice as needed. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management. Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting to support financial planning. Prepare detailed financial reports and interpret findings for management review. Assist in budgeting processes and account analysis to optimize resource allocation. Maintain accurate records of journal entries and bookkeeping activities. Requirements CPA certification is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software applications. Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping, accrual accounting, and financial management principles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Effective communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders.
