Property Accountant:
Manage full-cycle property AP and AR for assigned retail centers Prepare CAM reconciliations (CAM RECs) for multi‑tenant properties Track, analyze, and reconcile tenant ledgers Post and process journal entries for month-end close Issue and prepare invoices; apply and track tenant payments Perform intercompany AR/AP reconciliations Complete monthly credit card reconciliations Assist Controller with accounting transactions and monthly reconciliations Support Property Management and Brokerage teams with payment processing Execute ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed Qualifications of the
Property Accountant:
2 – 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience required Knowledge of NNN (Triple Net) leases required Experience with accounting ERP software required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping Certificate preferred Experience with QuickBooks and Yardi Voyager highly preferred #
