Job DescriptionJob Description Job Purpose This is a job as bookkeeper for one of our clients. Our client is owner of several entities , primarily with the car export industry. They need in house full charge bookkeeper to manage all books and serve a liaison to local CPA. Key Responsibilities
  • Take lead for all bookkeeping services.
  • Ensure all clients expectations for accounting services are met.
  • Work on QuickBooks Online.
  • Work with all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Prepare month end, year-end, and other financial reports for clients.
  • Making sure there is an accurate record of the financial transactions.
  • Assist tax preparer with tax filing for individual clients.
  • Assist owner with all ad-hoc requests.
Job-Requirements:
skills, competencies, experience High school diploma required.
  • Fluent English, oral and written skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks online. Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
