  • $75,000 annually About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support financial operations for a high-end construction company.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role requires strong analytical skills, construction accounting experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. Key Responsibilities Record, reconcile, and manage transactions in QuickBooks Online Process AP/AR, including subcontractor and client payment applications Perform month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Prepare financial statements, reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis Coordinate payroll review and job cost allocation Support tax preparation, audits, and GAAP compliance Manage intercompany transactions and build custom financial reports Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and financial planning Optimize accounting systems and reporting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of accounting experience (construction required) QuickBooks Online proficiency (minimum 3 years) Advanced Excel and strong GAAP knowledge CPA, OneStream experience, and French/English bilingual skills are a plus Valid U.S. work authorization and flexibility to work overtime as needed Benefits 3 weeks accrued vacation Medical, Dental & Vision insurance after 60 days 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% after 6 months #Pro123
