• 5:00 PM A growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Accountant to support continued expansion after onboarding several new large clients.

This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience working in a small or boutique accounting firm environment who has handled multiple companies/entities and understands the full accounting cycle. We are NOT seeking an AP/AR specialist or someone whose experience has been limited strictly to accounts payable or accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate must understand how to close books for tax preparation purposes and have experience managing accounting across multiple businesses or clients. Candidates coming strictly from highly specialized Big 4 environments may not be the best fit. We are seeking someone with broad, hands-on accounting experience who can operate independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Manage accounting functions across multiple companies/entities Perform month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports Handle general ledger reconciliations and journal entries Support bookkeeping and client accounting functions Assist with closing books for tax preparation Maintain accurate financial records across multiple accounts/entities Work directly with leadership and clients as needed Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required 5-6+ years of accounting experience Prior experience in a small or boutique accounting firm strongly preferred Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting Experience handling accounting for multiple companies/entities Experience with month-end and year-end close Understanding of accounting processes related to tax preparation Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications International tax exposure is a plus, but not required QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM
