What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably within construction or infrastructure environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
What You'll Be Doing:
Track, analyze, and report project costs, including capital expenditures and operating expenses Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, variance analyses, and project-related reporting Support budgeting activities, fixed asset management, and financial close processes Partner cross-functionally with project managers and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support project goals Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Assist in testing and improving accounting and project management processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support organizational growth
