What You'll Do Review accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accurate classification within the general ledger Analyze employee expense reports and corporate credit card activity for compliance with company policies Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies, including outstanding items and aged transactions Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedules to validate financial data Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries for accruals and adjustments Collaborate with the team to enhance accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency Take on special projects and additional responsibilities that support your professional growth What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals Internship or up to 1 year of accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite Clear communication skills and the confidence to ask questions and share ideas A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment Why Join Us?
