Job Duties:
Working under the VP of Quality, support the day to day business operations by managing and updating quotes and work orders. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, reports and manage billing and collections using QuickBooks. Process invoices and payments. Scan, archive, and process purchase orders and completed work packages. Track and renew the Contracted Maintenance Vendor List.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Accounting or foreign equivalent plus two years of experience providing accounting support to management using an accounting system such as QuickBooks or SAP to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
