Our main office is located in Miami, Florida. As part of the expansion of its operations in North America, Bouygues Travaux Publics is seeking a Management Controller on a VIE contract based in Miami. The role is central to the organisation due to its cross-functional scope and the geographical area it covers. It plays a key role in structuring and ensuring the reliability of financial management across the North American region.
Your responsibilities:
The focus is on formalising, ensuring the reliability of, and improving financial forecasting, monitoring and reporting, as well as providing support to construction sites, particularly those operating as joint ventures. You will work across three main areas: Execution / production: preparing the subsidiary's forecasts and reports, monitoring budget performance and analysing variances Standardisation / standardisation: structuring processes, harmonising management practices Digitalisation / improvement: optimising tools, automating monitoring processes, continuous improvement You will also provide technical support to operations, in particular: Monitoring and re-invoicing of internal accounts Liaising with CFOs and project finance teams Your working environment: A role directly linked to day-to-day site operations Constant interaction with CFOs and on-site teams A cross-functional, agile and central role at the heart of the BYTP North America teams A direct contribution to the development of a strategic region for the Group An experience designed as a first step towards a career in site management Required profile: Higher education (business school, engineering school or university - specialising in finance/management accounting) Initial experience in management accounting would be an advantage Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for digital tools Fluency in English essential Rigour, analytical skills, autonomy and the ability to work in an international environment Pour toute question sur cette offre, vous pouvez contacter EMMA GRONDARD
