Job Description
Part-Time Experienced Accountant Needed Monday to Thursday 8am
- 4pm Permanent position in Mount Dora, FL Responsibilities
- Provides accurate, timely, and reliable professional accounting services which includes budgeting, planning, organizing, compiling, inputting and analyzing financial data
- Assists with internal controls related to accounting and fiscal checks and balances to monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations
- Performs financial analysis and rolling projections
- Provides accounting support for financial statement preparation as well as budget reports
- Prepares and submits monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reviews and audits expense reports and purchases for assigned departments
- Prepares, monitors, and analyzes assigned budgets
- Assists with month close tasks, as well as year-end reporting Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and three (3) years of appropriate experience
- Microsoft Office Tools (5+ years)
- Quickbooks (3+ years) Starting salary will be based on previous experience.
