The Opportunity:
Integra Realty Resources - Naples is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee to join our team and work under the direction of a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser/MAI. This role offers hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and exposure to a variety of complex assignments across multiple property types and valuation purposes-including—litigation support and financial reporting to acquisition, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or a newly licensed agent who is highly motivated, analytical, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial real estate appraisal with a respected national firm. We provide base compensation along with support for licensing, continuing education, and industry credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting research, market analysis, and valuations for a broad spectrum of commercial real estate assets. Prepare detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs. Work alongside senior-level appraisers and MAI-designated professionals. Interface directly with clients, providing clear, data-supported insights. Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple assignments in adynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Self-motivated with a high level of professional curiosity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation/reporting software (e.g., Argus, Excel, CoStar, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary during training period then fee splits that reward expertise and production Employer contribution to comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision). 401(k) plan with employer match. Requirements Education and Work Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Completion of required coursework for an Appraiser Trainee license within 3 months of hire. Active pursuit of state licensing and long term goal of achieving MAI designation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local property inspections.
