Certified Public Accountant

Public Accountant (CPA) with exceptional networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong in accounting and tax matters, but also confident in developing business relationships, generating referrals, and representing the firm professionally within the community, business marketplace and firm's existing client base. This role requires a polished professional who can manage financial responsibilities while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and helping expand the company's client base through strong interpersonal connections and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and accounting reports Provide strategic tax planning and financial guidance to business and individual clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and business professionals Attend networking events, business functions, and community activities to promote the firm Identify opportunities for new business development and client growth Manage client accounts with high levels of professionalism and responsiveness Advise clients on financial operations, budgeting, and compliance matters Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Collaborate with leadership on firm growth strategies and client retention initiatives

Qualifications:

Active CPA license required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting, tax, or public accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of tax law and financial reporting standards Proven networking, sales, or client relationship management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Proficiency in accounting software and

Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Characteristics:
