Job Description

Job Summary We're a South Florida roofing and construction company established in 2004, handling residential and commercial projects across Palm Beach and surrounding counties. Growing fast and need someone who can keep the books tight and the money moving.
Duties What You'll Do:
Accounts payable and receivable Payroll processing Job costing and project profitability tracking Vendor and subcontractor payments Bank reconciliations Monthly financial statements Sales tax filings Support insurance audits and year-end tax prep with our
CPA Skills What We're Looking For:
3-5 years accounting experience in construction or roofing — non-negotiable QuickBooks proficiency Understands job costing and project-based accounting Detail-oriented, organized, works independently Familiar with Florida contractor accounting and compliance Someone who takes ownership — we don't micromanage
