The Opportunity This role sits at the intersection of: Accounting Finance Operations Executive Leadership Business Intelligence Process Improvement Strategic Projects You will work closely with company leaders and gain visibility into how decisions are made, how businesses grow, and how financial and operational performance drive success. What You'll Be Doing Accounting & Finance Assist with financial reporting and analysis Support month-end close activities Participate in account reconciliations Assist with accounts receivable and collections Help improve financial reporting processes Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement Business Operations Participate in operational improvement initiatives Help identify inefficiencies and develop solutions Build reports, dashboards, and tracking tools Assist with system implementations and process improvements Support cross-functional projects throughout the organization Executive Projects Conduct research and analysis for leadership Assist with strategic initiatives Prepare presentations and executive reports Track key performance indicators and business metrics Help drive accountability and project completion AI & Technology We believe the future belongs to people who can combine business knowledge with technology.
