Senior Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains strong internal controls. This role leads the accounting team, supports month-end close, and partners with internal stakeholders to improve processes and ensure compliance with GAAP. Key Responsibilities Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing functions Oversee reconciliations, invoicing, payments, and deposits Enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Prepare and review periodic financial and management reports Support month-end close and serve as backup for critical accounting functions Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
