Responsibilities:
As the Senior Accountant/Controller, you'll be the backbone of financial operations. You'll be the sole accounting expert on the team, so you'll have to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire accounting process from beginning to end. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing: Financial Management:
Prepare financial statements, perform account reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting reports. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop revenue projections, expense forecasts, and manage company taxes in collaboration with our tax consultant. Capital & Fixed Assets:
Maintain fixed asset records, ensure capital spending adheres to corporate policies, and meticulously log all capital expenditure requests. Auditing & Compliance:
Prepare for annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to internal controls and financial regulations. Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead by example, offering guidance and mentorship to new hires and coworkers while also collaborating with other teams on capital expenses and payments. Working hours:

Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience as an accountant, supervisor, or manager. Technical Expertise:
A minimum of 3-5 years of technical accounting experience, with proficiency in general ledger functions Experience in the manufacturing industry and with inventory reconciliation is a plus. Certifications:
