Key Responsibilities:
Lead fixed asset management and cleanup efforts, ensuring accurate tracking, capitalization, and reporting Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies Support financial reporting, dashboards, and audit preparation Analyze and reconcile revenue streams and operational data Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance systems, and drive efficiencies Assist with accounts payable, sales tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in general accounting + reconciliations Fixed assets experience strongly preferred ERP experience (Business Central a plus) Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing, growth-oriented environment
