This role will oversee billing, financial reporting, and project closeout while partnering with internal teams to drive accuracy and profitability. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly AIA billings and supporting documentation Manage lien waivers and track accounts receivable collections Analyze project budgets vs. actuals and report insights to leadership Support forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis Assist with project financial closeouts, including subcontract and PO reconciliation Complete cost certifications and ensure compliance with accounting standards Qualifications 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Collaborative mindset with high integrity and professionalism Benefits Salary $55k-$70k Full Health, Vision, Dental Life Insurance Bonus Program PTO Holidays 401k Retirement For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
