Job Summary:

The candidate will assist in a wide variety of functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable collection, Lead to Cash processes, and other accounting functions. The candidate will also be involved in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in accounting or finance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should be open and willing to contribute wherever required. We are therefore seeking a high energy and highly motivated individual. Key Responsibilities:

Support Lead to Cash processes, including sales orders, invoicing, and collections. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast. Prepare reports and presentations for management. Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling preferred. Experience in Salesforce is highly desired/not required Quickbooks desktop or Online. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
