Job Description

Bachelor or Master's Accounting degree required - CPA preferred Quickbooks Experience a must Nonprofit Experience a must Availability after hours to complete priority projects necessary Familiarity with Client Track preferred ADP Payroll and human resource responsibilities Other supervisory duties when needed to fill in gaps Daily bank deposits Order office supplies as needed Call vendors for repairs to building, getting quotes and follow-up Handle insurance (workman's comp, car/building, etc) Update/file yearly corporation papers at Sunbiz.org Provide monthly financial reports to the Executive Director and Board Provide weekly reports to the Executive Director Provide monthly service statistics Monthly bank reconciliations Monthly credit card payments and reconciliations Assist with large mailings (as needed) Coding of invoices Write checks to pay bills, client stipends, etc. Team player, detail oriented Nonprofit experience preferred Other duties as assigned The duties represented are not meant to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. •Work week: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri and 1/2 day Wed (as needed)
