Job Description

Job Description:
AR/AP Accountant The Opportunity NutraSky was founded four years ago with a vision to transform supplement manufacturing. Our commitment to quality and innovation has fueled our growth into a trusted partner in the industry. We are not your typical contract manufacturer. We are a high-octane, nutraceutical powerhouse built on speed and execution. NutraSky is scaling rapidly, investing in state-of-the-art infrastructure, and rewriting the playbook on supplement manufacturing. We are seeking an AR/AP Accountant who thrives in a high-growth, "build-it" environment. This is a vital role responsible for keeping our financial engine running smoothly as we scale. If you are detail-oriented, love clean data, and want to be part of a fast-moving team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As our AR/AP Accountant, you will own the day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. While training will be provided for our specific workflows and systems, you will be expected to dive in and take ownership of the following duties:
Invoicing & Estimates:
Create accurate estimates and invoices directly within QuickBooks Online.
Inventory & Bill Reconciliation:
Reconcile all vendor bills into Fishbowl (our inventory management system) to ensure alignment between finance and operations.
Vendor Management:
Complete and process new vendor forms efficiently.
Collections & Follow-up:
Proactively follow up with customers regarding unpaid invoices to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Supply Chain Collaboration:
Identify and investigate Purchase Price Variances (PPV) by collaborating closely with the supply chain team.
Data & Reporting:
• Manage and maintain the Master Overview Production Sheet in Excel. Generate and present weekly financial/operational reports for specific team meetings. Experience Needed / Must-Haves We are seeking a meticulous, organized professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for precision.
Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven hands-on experience managing both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Software Skills:
Proficiency with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Online preference). Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Core Competencies:
Major attention to detail and a low tolerance for data errors. High proficiency in data entry, data exporting, and maintaining meticulously accurate records. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems (like Fishbowl) and fast-evolving workflows. Why Join NutraSky? At NutraSky, you won't just be plugging in numbers—you'll be building the financial infrastructure of a rapidly growing industry leader. We offer a dynamic work environment where execution is celebrated, and your impact will be felt from day one.
