Simply put, people enjoy working here. About the Opportunity As NG Windows continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable / Accountant to join our team. This position plays an important role in managing customer accounts, overseeing accounts receivable activities, supporting general accounting functions, and helping maintain the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and management. Accounts Receivable Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and on time Process and post customer payments Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Manage collections activities and payment follow-up Serve as a primary point of contact for customer account inquiries Work closely with finance companies on financed accounts Accounting Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Assist with financial reporting and general ledger maintenance Analyze account variances and resolve discrepancies Support audits, budgeting activities, and cash flow tracking as needed Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation If this sounds like a company and position where you can thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
