Staff Accountant

What You'll Be Doing:

• Play a key role in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Maintain and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Support financial reporting and assist with variance analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams on accounting-related questions and issue resolution
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing supporting documentation
• Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including AP and AR as needed
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of accounting experience (public or industry)
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables strongly preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Pay Details:
