This role plays a key part in strengthening financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role is located at our Empire Homes U.S. Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 2-5 years of accounting experience across accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or equivalent) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Experience working with accounting or ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy Bonus If You Have These Skills:

What You'll Be Doing Each Day Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and resolve billing inquiries to ensure timely and accurate transactions Maintain vendor records, including onboarding, compliance documentation, and certificates of insurance Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments, and reconcile general ledger accounts Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc requests Support audit activities by preparing schedules and providing required documentation Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies Who We Are We are one of North America's largest private homebuilders, with operations in Ontario, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and Colorado.
