This role will play a key part in managing core accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes , including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reporting packages for leadership Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations , resolving discrepancies in a timely manner Analyze financial variances and trends , providing actionable insights to management Maintain and review general ledger activity , ensuring accuracy and completeness Support audit processes , including gathering documentation and responding to audit requests Assist with fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and cash management activities Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies Partner cross-functionally with AP, AR, and operational teams to improve processes and reporting Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience (Senior-level preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred Experience in a mid-to-large size organization or multi-entity environment Exposure to audit, tax, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) is a plus
Pay Details:
