Back To Results Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager Job Description Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller This is a newly created position that will report directly to the Controller.
Responsibilities:
Supervising accountant for all functions including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management Assembling timely and accurate financial reporting packages for development projects, operating assets and corporate entities Work with other departments (construction/leasing/management) to help integrate the finance team across the organization Coordinate and assist in the preparation of all internal and external (partners/lenders) reporting requirements Consolidate project invoices by development and package monthly draw requests Assist in the gathering/coordination of annual tax filings Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow and responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
