Job Description
My client is a vertically-integrated real estate firm experienced in acquisitions, development, leasing, finance, construction management, asset management and property management. Specializing in healthcare-oriented real estate and professional office development and acquisition across the Southeastern United States.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of 15 – 25 properties.
- Responsible for conducting detailed reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple properties, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Perform CAM reconciliations to ensure proper allocation and recovery of shared expenses, manage monthly accruals and prepare journal entries
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual property budgets to align with financial goals.
- Review and interpret lease agreements to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with lease terms.
