As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of our finance team. Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices Assisting with the financial forecasting Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives Providing financial analysis to business unit management Supporting the financial decision and budget process Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget Supporting the preparation of management reports Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field Proficiency in MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Strong analytical skills Strong negotiation skills Strong multitasking skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong presentation skills
