Full-time Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Conduct research on technical accounting issues as needed
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions by reviewing debits and credits

Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft office suite
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements
• Understanding of tax regulations and ability to assist with tax preparation
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of technical accounting concepts
