Senior Associate Accounting LEK Partners LLC Duluth, GA Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Paid sick time Qualifications Teamwork Bachelor of Science Presentations for conferences or internal meetings English Bachelor's degree Attention to detail GAAP Accounting standards Full Job Description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Duluth, GA, for a Senior Associate at LEK Partners LLC. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Executing fieldwork, managing performance and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit & review engagements.
  • Completing audit processes and documenting higher-risk areas to increase your technical and business skills.
  • Perform high quality audits covering financial controls compliance.
  • Work on special projects as the need arises.
  • Appraise the efficiency of control procedures, systems and processes.
  • Identify process deficiencies and partner with process owners to remediate and improve.
  • Develop and implement SOX documentation, flowcharts, RCMs and control descriptions.
  • As a field in-charge, support manager & partner to make major decisions and to oversee engagements.
Qualification:
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certification in accounting and/or auditing, including a CPA, CA, CIA, and/or CISA is a plus
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to management
  • The flexibility to constantly learn
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and accustomed to project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast paced environment with the ability to work standard business hours, with some extended hours as needed during peak periods.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems is a plus
Language:
Bilingual English & Korean is a plus
