Job Description Responsibilities Lead month-end closing, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations Ensure general ledger integrity Oversee AP/AR and payroll functions Partner with business teams (operations, sales) to ensure accuracy of financial flows Leverage ERP systems and financial tools to enhance reporting and visibility Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards Supervise and develop accounting staff Support team members in implementing process improvements Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies Support ERP migration (data preparation, testing, validation) Support tax compliance and audits Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment) Strong understanding of accounting processes, GAAP, and
