Job Description

The Nation's Largest Loose Diamond & Restyle Event Company, Dana Augustine, Inc., is seeking a new member to join our team as part of our office personnel in our studio factory in Kennesaw, GA. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate office operations by managing correspondence, distributing information, maintaining records, and organizing files Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee customer billing, invoicing, and payment processing Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities while ensuring timely and accurate sales invoice documentation Generate customer purchase orders and coordinate outgoing shipments to ensure efficient order fulfillment Strengthen interdepartmental communication to support operational efficiency and teamwork Support accounting functions through bookkeeping, invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and resolution of outstanding account issues Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, assisting with daily operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Accounting, administrative support, or related experience is a must Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement Able to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make sound decisions independently Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MRP systems and QuickBooks preferred
