Location:

Onsite, Lawrenceville, GA The primary purpose of the Staff Accountant is to perform various account analysis, variance analysis, and support the month-end process. This position also posts various journal entries and will perform bank and account reconciliations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews and reconciles various balance sheet accounts monthly and annually Responsible for assessing accuracy of various revenue and expense accounts monthly Supports bank reconciliations with review/investigation as needed Review lease data and analyze revenue variances Assist with month end closing tasks as well as year-end closing Participate in other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Critical thinker capable of initiating process improvements Exhibits initiative and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
