$28 - $31 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

General Ledger & Reporting:

Maintain the general ledger; prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Reconciliations:

Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.

Month-End Close:

Execute the month-end/year-end closing process, including journal entries, accruals, and fixed asset depreciation.

• Accurately code invoices, verify deposits, and manage accounts AP/AR Management receivable collections.
• Ensure all transactions comply with GAAP; assist with federal, state, and local tax filings; and provide necessary documentation for audits.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
