ERTC Express partners with small businesses to maximize their eligibility for federal programs such as the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) and the FFCRA tax credit. We provide expert financial guidance to help our clients succeed while maintaining efficient financial operations. Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with over ten (10) years of experience, who possesses in-depth knowledge of various tax credits including specialized tax credits like Federal R&D Tax Credit, and tariff recovery, and ERTC. As a Tax Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients maximize their tax benefits.Responsibilities:
ERTC Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations related to the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC). Assess clients' eligibility, calculate potential credits, and provide comprehensive ERTC advisory services.ERTC Expertise:

Provide strategic financial guidance to small business owners. Assist clients in optimizing their financial operations, managing cash flow, and planning for growth.Tax Compliance:
Ensure clients' compliance with ERTC regulations, including documentation and record-keeping requirements. Prepare accurate tax returns and filings related to ERTC.Tax Planning:
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to help clients make informed financial decisions.Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized client records, financial statements, and tax filings.Research:
Conduct research on various financial and tax-related topics to provide clients with well-informed advice.Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, including financial analysts and consultants, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.Educational Qualifications:
CPA Certification:
Must hold a valid CPA licenseWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or a related field. Strong knowledge of ERTC rules and regulations.Small Business Focus:
Experience in providing financial services and advisory to small business owners is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in financial software and tools.Client-Centric:
