This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis while partnering closely with leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the accounting function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to process improvements. Key Responsibilities Support the monthly close process , including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports and management reporting packages Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues in a timely manner Support the consolidation and summarization of financial information across business units Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify accounting data Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed Assist with monitoring and improving accounting processes and internal controls Contribute to the evaluation of operational workflows and recommend efficiencies Participate in ad hoc reporting and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of relevant experience or more, ideally within public accounting or a similar environment Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with account reconciliations, analysis, and financial data review Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP platforms (experience with larger systems preferred) Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Pay Details:
