Accounting Associate - Contract To Hire The Accounting Associate position is located in the Buford, GA area. This role is essential for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely payments, contributing to the financial health of the organization. Shift of the
Accounting Associate:
8-5 - M-F Pay Rate of the
Accounting Associate:
$20-$24hr Responsibilities of the
Accounting Associate:
Make 40-60 calls daily to customers regarding payment status of outstanding invoices. Document customer interactions and collections efforts to maintain an effective record of collection attempts. Facilitate payments from customers, including taking credit card information and providing bank/ACH information. Address and resolve service, shipping, quality, and warranty issues and questions. Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance retention. Qualifications of the
Accounting Associate:
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company financial matters. Experience in collections or customer service roles preferred.
