Senior Accountant

Job Description Senior Accountant Who:

A detail-oriented and driven accounting professional with at least 3 years of experience.

Position Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of GL and P&L responsibilities while supporting the Controller in a key leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and monthly close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with audits and year-end reporting.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with large ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
