Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for a Full Service Accounting Position For Small Construction Business to join our team! You will be responsible for all accounting duties for the company, including those items listed below:
Responsibilities:
Prepare payroll for employees, prepare payroll tax forms and filings Billing customers for work performed as directed by owner of the company Handling all accounts payable functions, paying vendors and office overhead Account reconciliations for several bank accounts and several credit cards Various other accounting functions as they arise Coordinate with the CPA for annual tax filings and payment requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting and/or construction preferred General knowledge of GAAP Extensive experience with Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop Version - Contractor a must Detail and deadline-oriented Strong skills in Excel and Word, as well as Outlook email system Company DescriptionCabinet construction company, in business for over 30 years.
