What You'll Do + Process progress and final billings for construction jobs. + Set up new jobs, budgets, labor rates, and related data in Spectrum. + Review and update project reports, including CSRs and Overview Reports. + Partner closely with Project Managers, accounting, and leadership. + Assist with contractor tax statements and audit support as needed. Requirements What You Bring + 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a similar role. Based on general knowledge. + Construction billing and collections experience preferred. Based on general knowledge. + Knowledge of sales and use tax is a plus. Based on general knowledge. + Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
