Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Staff Accountant in Urbandale, IA Employment Type:
Contract Location:
Onsite - Urbandale, IA 50398 Pay rate: $23-$25/hr Responsibilities:
Process billing transactions and apply payments. Research checks and resolve payment discrepancies. Handle disbursements and maintain accurate records. Prepare and review accounting reports and statements. Respond professionally to internal and external emails. Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements:
Associate's degree required. 1-3 years of accounting, finance, billing, or related experience. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work across multiple systems and tasks. Preferred Qualification:
Previous finance or accounting experience. Experience with billing, payment processing, or disbursements. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
