Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with month-end close processes and general ledger accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank or cash reconciliations.
- Experience handling accruals, prepaid expenses, and other routine accounting adjustments.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable follow-up, invoicing support, and fixed asset accounting.
- Ability to organize detailed financial information accurately and meet recurring deadlines.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet-based analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with auditors and internal business partners.
