Full-Time | 1st Shift We're partnering with an organization in Johnston to identify a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support payment processing and related accounting functions. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with financial documentation, brings a high level of accuracy to their work, and is comfortable collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare in-house checks for virtual remittance to the bank + Prepare and post Advance Lease Payments, coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper application + Process rejected payments and assist with issue resolution + Work with business partners on handling incoming checks and payments + Maintain accurate records and follow established accounting procedures

Additional Information:

+ This role is onsite and supports first-shift hours + Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Proficiency with standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Ability to learn and use department-specific systems and applications + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy + Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities + Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
