5 years Job expires: 30 Jun-2025 We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) specializing in taxation to work with. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of tax laws and regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex financial data with precision. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger functions and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support the audit process.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
• Provide support for strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
• Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax compliance activities including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory levies.
• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and legal advisors on tax-related matters. Qualification Required & Experience
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Experience in dealing with tax audits and assessments is a strong advantage.
