We are looking for an Accounting Manager motivated by growth opportunities and a strong desire to organize, you will execute your role like a hot knife through butter. You will manage the entire accounting function in QuickBooks Enterprise, and you also will manage the revenue cycle from order to A/R. We seek someone confident in their accounting knowledge, with the ability to manage financial reporting, cost accounting and continue to build and strengthen company-wide controls for our growing company. This position reports directly to the President & CEO. What You'll Do Maintain all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close Supervise order-entry, billing, and collections Manage and optimize QuickBooks in a multi-brand environment Produce accurate financial statements Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation Mentor or supervise accounting staff (if applicable) What You Need Accounting degree.
