• Full-time Job Summary Riverbend Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Accountant within our dynamic investment segment.

The ideal candidate will skillfully manage month-end close, meticulously review and analyze financial information, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment across a portfolio of entities and investments. Duties Oversee portfolio accounting compilation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Drive continuous improvement within the team and ERP(NetSuite) ensuring timely and accurate revenue recognition, construction completion reporting and cash flow analysis. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation of financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Manage GL, AP, AR, Payroll & Fixed Asset accounting. Lead performance reporting & analysis, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and providing recommendations profit expansion. Develop plans/forecasts for cash management and capital investments. Proactively analyze and resolve complex accounting questions and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner. Monitor work quality and solicit feedback for improvement. Perform Ad-hoc reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree Accounting or related field with 5+ years of relevant accounting experience. CPA beneficial Knowledge of real estate development industry preferred with an understanding investment return calculation and analysis Proficiency with ERP systems, such as NetSuite (preferred), SAP, and/or Oracle, Yardi Strong communications skills include negotiation, relationship management and concurrent project management experience Customer-focused team player, self-starter, adaptable, dependable, and ethical Resourceful at seeking out information to create data-driven answers, as well as ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Office; particularly Excel & Power BI Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented If you are ready to take your career to the next level with a dynamic team at Riverbend Management, Inc., we invite you to apply today!
