This is a full-time, onsite role with strong long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do:

Own general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Oversee day-to-day AP and AR processing with heavy transaction volume Work extensively in QuickBooks Online and Excel to support reporting and accuracy Partner closely with leadership during a critical transition period Learn and maintain legacy processes while helping stabilize financial operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong foundation in accounting and financial statements Prior QuickBooks Online experience Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) Comfortable in a small-company, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves environment Patient, detail-oriented, and adaptable to manual processes Nice to
