This is a full-time, onsite role with strong long-term growth potential. What You'll Do Own general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Oversee day-to-day AP and AR processing with heavy transaction volume Work extensively in QuickBooks Online and Excel to support reporting and accuracy Partner closely with leadership during a critical transition period Learn and maintain legacy processes while helping stabilize financial operations What We're Looking For Strong foundation in accounting and financial statements Prior QuickBooks Online experience Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) Comfortable in a small-company, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves environment Patient, detail-oriented, and adaptable to manual processes Nice To Have Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience Exposure to system transitions or process improvements If you thrive in environments where ownership, flexibility, and impact matter, this role offers a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible accounting position.
