Job Description:
Senior Accountant - 3 days in office We're partnering with a well-established national organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting core accounting operations and reporting, with strong exposure to fixed assets, sales & use tax, lease accounting (ASC 842), and general ledger close activities .
Key responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations Support lease accounting under ASC 842 Support full general ledger maintenance and financial reporting Manage sales & use tax filings, compliance, and remittances Assist with fixed asset accounting and tracking Perform variance analysis and financial reporting support Collaborate cross-functionally across finance and operations Assist with audit and ad hoc reporting requests What we're looking for: 4-6 years of accounting experience Strong US GAAP knowledge ERP experience Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills CPA a plus, not required This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization with strong industry presence and gain broad exposure across key accounting areas in a collaborative environment.
